So needless to say, I was a bit terrified concerned as to how this year was going to go. But the past three days have shown me it is going to be a much better year than I had hoped.
I love the summer and its freedom, but I look forward to the schedule of school- the books and learning, and the atmosphere it creates in our home.

ReplyDeleteI started wheeling a little rolling cart to the library when we go to carry our books. Always we leave with more than we can carry! Glad your year is off to a great start. With an almost 18 month old our year has already been eventful to say the least...

Thanks, Heidi. We usually give a few more pencils, etc., but the kids picked their own earlier this summer. They got some coloring & puzzle books also (to do during quiet time). They always look forward to seeing what they have that first day.
